Sales Coach Front Desk Lead
The Sales Coach Front Desk Lead is a dynamic front-line leadership role responsible for driving sales excellence and cultivating a high-performing, motivated front desk team. This position combines the responsibilities of a Spa Associate with added focus on driving sales results, coaching team performance, and ensuring consistent achievement of individual and team targets, all while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Client Experience & Spa Associate Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service to all members and guests, ensuring a warm and professional experience from check-in to check-out.
- Confidently communicate Hand & Stone's service offerings, memberships, and enhancements to meet guest needs and drive membership conversions.
- Manage front desk operations, scheduling, and point-of-sale transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
Sales Leadership & Coaching
- Achieve all individual and front desk team sales goals, including memberships, gift cards, and upgrades.
- Observe Spa Associates during client interactions to ensure consistent use of the Hand & Stone Sales Model.
- Step in to assist with closing a sale when needed, then immediately coach post-interaction to provide balanced feedback.
- Lead daily sales huddles to energize the team and share focus areas for the day.
Team Development & Motivation
- Oversee onboarding and ongoing training for new and existing Spa Associates to ensure mastery of sales scripts, systems, and client engagement skills.
- Foster a growth mindset and positive team culture through consistent, motivational coaching and recognition.
- Design and manage creative sales contests and incentives to build excitement and sustain engagement around key performance goals.
- Celebrate wins and recognize top performers to reinforce positive behaviors and maintain momentum.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of Spa Associate or comparable sales experience required.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals in a team environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and influence others.
- Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
- Availability for flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends.
- 18 years old or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
