Compensation & Opportunity:

• $15/hour base pay + performance bonuses and commission
• 28-33 hours per week with clear path to full-time for proven performers
• Weekend availability required (peak earning hours)

Your Primary Mission:

• Drive sales performance across membership and service categories
• Train, coach, and develop front desk staff into effective sales professionals
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through team leadership
• Implement proven sales processes that deliver consistent results

What We're Looking For:

• Proven sales track record with ability to meet and exceed targets - membership/subscription sales experience is a plus!
• Experience training others in sales techniques and customer conversion
• Leadership presence that motivates teams to perform at higher levels
• Calm under pressure while driving ambitious sales goals
• Available weekends and flexible to meet business needs
