Floral Sales Coordinator – Hamilton Island
The Floral Sales Coordinator plays a vital role in driving the growth and operational efficiency of the florist department. This position is responsible for managing all wedding and event floral enquiries, from initial contact through to post-event follow-up, and taking full ownership of quoting and client coordination. The role supports increased conversion, enhances client satisfaction, and ensures continuity in florist operations by relieving creative staff of administrative burdens.

Where You'll Make An Impact
- Design and preparation of premium wedding arrangements, and all other general floristry orders
- Assist management in the supervision of the store and staff
- Assist with store merchandising and have a passion for sales
- Perform opening and end of day procedures
- Assist with stock ordering and inventory control
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the store
- Assist with the training of new employees
What We're Looking For
We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and the patience to work effectively with team members. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage time efficiently are essential in this role.
To Be Successful, You Will Need
- Experience in sales coordination, event planning, or client-facing retail (Essential)
- Strong administrative and organisational skills (Essential)
- Proficiency in business communication and CRM or quoting systems (Desirable)
- Floral industry knowledge or background (Desirable)
- Current driver's license (Desirable)
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Essential)
