Our proprietary advancements replace traditional processes with novel light-based equivalents, offering higher quality, lower cost, and enhanced functionality. As we rapidly expand our operations, we're looking for a team to oversee our prototype systems' integration and verification activities.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Senior System Integration Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for the successful integration, testing, and deployment of our cutting-edge laser-based wafer manufacturing systems. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of complex electro-mechanical systems, software integration, and data analysis, with a proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Integrate and test complex laser-based systems, including optical, mechanical, electrical, and software components.
• Perform detailed system-level troubleshooting and root cause analysis of integration issues.
• Help develop and implement automation tools for system test and data acquisition.
• Collect and analyze system performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Configure and optimize system parameters for reliable operation.
• Develop detailed assembly procedures for complex optomechanical subsystems, and validation test plans for subsystem validation.
• Present findings and recommendations to engineering and management teams.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, including assembly procedures, test procedures, user manuals, and troubleshooting guides.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including optical engineers, mechanical engineers, software engineers, and manufacturing personnel.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in design reviews and provide feedback on system design and integration.
