SMT Equipment Specialist
Familiar with composition, principle and manufacturing process of SMT equipment, responsible for equipment's daily maintenance, in-time trouble shooting, ensure the normal running.
Responsible for parameters adjustment and optimization based on manufacturing & planning and process requirement, ensure equipment's stable running and enhance manufacturing efficiency.
Work closely with planning department, draw up SMT workshop equipment's PM schedule implement PM work, improve and optimize equipment and enhance their reliability and stability.
Master operation methods of SMT equipment, edit equipment operation and manufacturing procedures, be in charge of new employees' training, and improve output rate of equipment.
According to the equipment use and maintenance records, analyze the causes and characteristics of equipment failures, study the troubleshooting methods and improvement measures of equipment failures, propose improvement plans, and provide technical support for the enhancement of equipment's performance and stability.
Responsible for the procurement and management of equipment spare parts, establish a sound spare parts inventory management information system, and formulate spare parts demand plan to ensure that equipment spare parts are timely in place, and ensure that manufacturing will not be ceased, and equipment's stability will not be impacted due to lack of spare parts.
Participate in the technical transformation and upgrading of SMT equipment, be responsible for the formulation and implementation of technical transformation plans, master new technology, new process and new equipment, and put forward practical suggestions and measures for the modernization, intelligence and automation of the company's equipment.
