We are looking for a Technical Inside Sales Engineer to strengthen our Italian team. In this role, you will act as the bridge between our customers (installers, distributors, system designers) and our sales team, providing technical expertise that supports both. Your main mission is to ensure that stakeholders designing, installing, and maintaining PV systems fully understand the value of the Haier Energy product line, and to provide the technical foundation that drives sales success.

What you need to succeed
Must have
Education: High School Diploma - Degree or master's in Power Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics or similar technical field is a plus
Professional experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in the solar industry
Technical Skills: knowledge of renewables or inverters is an advantage
Soft skills:
Language: Fluency in Italian (essential) and good command of English; additional languages are a plus
Other: Willingness to travel regularly within Italy
