The Service Quality SDA & TV Coordinator is responsible to collect and follow up all the main claims coming from markets for SDA products. Furthermore, is responsible to support Global Contact Center to reach excellence in Call Avoidance activity.

Education: Technical Diploma, Bachelor/Master Degree as a plus
Professional Experience: Previous experience of at least 3 years in TV
