The Core Mission Of The Sales Development Representative:
The SDR plays a vital role in building the sales pipeline to ensure the success and growth of our B2B solutions. As an SDR at HTB, your primary focus will involve conducting extensive market research to discover new potential business clients and initiating contact with them. The remaining time will be dedicated to qualifying leads through calls and collaborating with the sales team to develop effective SDR campaigns encompassing messages, calls, and emails.

The Fellowship You'll Be Joining:
You'll be part of a diverse APJ team, about 10 people with varied expertise, contributing to growing Hack The Box in the region. As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at HTB, you'll report to the SDR Head, working closely with the Singapore-based Account Executive and the Revenue Leader.

The Adventures That Await You Once You Start As A Sales Development Representative At Hack The Box:
- Have a direct impact on the teams success, as the first point of contact for new HTB customers
- Become a product expert and a brand ambassador for HTB
- Collaborate with Marketing and execute lead generation strategies to schedule a targeted number of appointments for the sales team
- Optimize call scripts, email pitches, and other outreach methods to improve generation of leads
- Contact potential clients through various means of communication
- Explore and identify client needs and match them with appropriate products/services
Skills, Knowledge, And Experience Points Required To Unlock The Role Of Sales Development Representative At Hack The Box:
- Professional experience with sales and a clear sales career orientation
- Your verbal and written communication skills in English are excellent
- You are self-motivated, resourceful with a can-do attitude
- Excellent organizational skills
- You are comfortable talking to strangers and are an expert making the first contact and building valuable relationships
- Good, positive attitude is a must!
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques
- Experience with a CRM and email automation tools are a good plus

The Quest Of Becoming Hack The Box's SDR:
- Level 1: To complete level one's objective, submit your application.
- Level 2: Complete a Video Interview (Recorded), to demonstrate your communication skills and share some insights related to your previous achievements.
- Level 3: Meet the local revenue leader (APJ). Level's objective: connect with the dotted hiring manager and share with them your achievements. You'll need to complete an online competency assessment before your interview (at your own time).
- Level 4: Meet the local Account Executive
- Level 5: Meet the Global BDR Leader
- Level 6: You've officially received an offer from HTB! To complete the last level and the Quest, all you need to do is accept the offer.
- Quest complete. Congratulations, you're officially one of us Your next quest: complete the onboarding.
