✨ About The Role
- The Senior Manufacturing Engineer will support production lines across all HPDM products at H3X Technologies.
- Responsibilities include working with design engineers to establish production requirements and conceptualizing novel approaches to manufacturing problems.
- The role involves designing manufacturing tools and fixtures in SolidWorks and analyzing recurring manufacturing discrepancies.
- The engineer will collaborate with design engineers to implement manufacturing feedback and conduct PDRs and CDRs for responsible sub-systems.
- The position requires executing first applications and testing of new fixtures and process improvements.
- The engineer will interface with the production operations team and assembly technicians to create and implement production travelers.
- Identifying workplace hazards and implementing safe processes is a key responsibility.
- The role also includes maintaining testing and production equipment and sourcing hardware for manufacturing systems as needed.

- The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Graduate Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar field.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Manufacturing Engineer is required, with hands-on experience in assembling mechanical systems.
- Proficiency in CAD software, particularly SolidWorks, is essential, with at least 5 years of experience.
- The candidate should possess a thorough understanding of mechanical drawings and GD&T, along with superior knowledge of part inspection.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary, along with an organized approach and attention to detail.
- A results-driven mentality and willingness to learn quickly are important traits for success in this role.
- The candidate should demonstrate a high degree of emotional intelligence and the ability to collaborate respectfully with coworkers.
- Experience in manufacturing electric motors or similar mechatronic assemblies is preferred.
