Operations Manager

H2 Performance Consulting (H2) is seeking an Operations Manager to join our current contract supporting the White Sands Missile Range in Alamogordo, New Mexico. This work will be performed on-client site and requires an active Secret clearance at time of application.

Responsibilities Include:

• Serves as the Project Manager who organizes and manages resources to deliver all the work required to complete an IT project within defined scope, time, and cost constraints.
• Manages activities of the program, meeting with appropriate stakeholders, taking a lead role, and working with stakeholders to develop viable WBS and Schedule, Project Standards, Change Control Plan, Resource and Staffing Plan, Budget Plan, Risk Management Plan, and Communication Plan.
• Develops and maintains relationships with program managers and the teams of WSMR funded initiatives.
• Creates, maintains, updates, and reconciles tracking and analysis documentation, spreadsheets, and information on program status and schedules; identifies program risks and develops mitigation plans; and assists in identifying and prioritizing requirements.

Required Education/Training:

• BS, preferably in Computer Science, Information System, Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 7 years of direct, work related experience.
• Or AS degree + at least 10 years of direct, work related experience.
• Security+ CE.
• MCSE, CCNA/CCNP (preferred).
• ITIL Foundations, ITIL Intermediate (preferred).

Work Site Requirement:

• Work at White Sands Missile Range, NM.
• Must be able to attain and retain a Security Clearance at the Secret level, as a minimum.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Must maintain ability to be insured to operate company vehicles.
