⚡ Requirements

- The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in a SaaS enablement, Go-To-Market, or training role, preferably within the healthcare or life sciences sector. - A strong working knowledge of GTM sales motions and enablement materials is essential for success in this role. - The candidate should possess the ability to simplify complex and technical topics into clear, easily understood explanations and training materials. - Proven success in self-direction and collaboration with cross-functional teams is crucial for driving sales success. - Strong organizational skills, creativity, and a proactive approach to project management are necessary traits for this position. - The candidate should be confident in presenting to adult learners and have effective facilitation skills to convey complex ideas.
