Here at GXO, we're looking for a HR Advisor to our Thales contract, providing hands-on, practical HR support across four sites (Chippenham – main base, plus Cheadle, Crawley and Templecombe). This is a generalist, operational HR role, ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, leading on ER casework and being visible on site. Working 3 days per week (not Fridays), you'll play a key role in embedding GXO values, supporting managers, and delivering both local and divisional HR strategies. This is a part-time permanent position. You'll be working 3 days per week, 09:00 till 17:00 with a requirement to travel between sites. However, some flexibility is required, this is logistics after all!
Pay, benefits and more: We're looking to offer a salary of £31,000 per annum (to be pro-rated), depending on experience and 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays, (to be pro-rated). Your benefits package includes a company sponsored pension scheme.
