Here at GXO, we're looking for a proactive and confident HR Advisor to join our dynamic HR team in Rugby, supporting our NHS contract. This is a hands-on, site-based role where you'll be the go-to expert for all things Employee Relations (ER), helping managers navigate complex cases and drive positive outcomes.
This is a full-time, permanent position. You'll be working Monday to Friday, covering the hours of 09:00 till 17:00.
