Logistics at full potential
You are a people manager and lead the Customer Service department to ensure that the set goals are met. You are part of the management team and maintain intensive contact with customers, suppliers, transporters, and colleagues. Thinking along (operational) solutions and processes on site is an important part of your job package. You are responsible for maintaining, building and optimizing customer relationships by regularly visiting the Albert Heijn suppliers on site and initiating improvements. You ensure effective communication with internal and external stakeholders with contract management and KPI compliance. You ensure presentations and site tours for current and future customers.
You report to the Site Manager. Your working hours are from Monday to Friday in day service but some flexibility is expected. You are reachable as part of the role.

Maintaining customer contact and contract management;
Thinking along (operational) solutions and processes;
Maintaining, building and optimizing customer relationships;
Leading, (vacation) planning, budgeting, consultation regarding production, etc;
Focus on engagement and development of your colleagues;
What you need to succeed at GXO
You need at least:
An advanced higher education or university degree in a logistical and/or business direction;
Experience in a similar managerial position within logistics or you are motivated to learn something new;
Excellent command of the Dutch and English language;
You are stress-resistant, you can prioritize well and keep an overview;
Proven experience in relationship management and stakeholder management;
You are creative, think from the customer's perspective and can involve other people in decisions.
