We are looking for a Sales & Account Executive who actively guides clients in their digital journey and keenly identifies new opportunities. You think along, build trust, and translate ambitions into concrete solutions that deliver results.
Together with our CCO, who focuses on new business, you will ensure the development and deepening of client relationships. You will be the main point of contact for existing clients and qualitative prospects.
You will manage your own client portfolio and stay close to their business. You will delve into their strategy and challenges and help them move forward with solutions around e-commerce, PXM/PIM, and data. You will discover cross- and upsell opportunities and work them out together with delivery and presales into strong proposals. You will pick up inbound opportunities (via marketing, referrals, or noticeable website behavior) and build them further. You will engage with companies that already show interest—no cold prospecting. You will prepare convincing proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure a smooth handover to the delivery team. You will coordinate the presales effort and motivate colleagues to make a difference together. You will represent Studio Emma at events, fairs, and networking moments.
