The Senior Guest Services Representative (SGSR) is a hands-on leadership role that partners with the General Manager to achieve a highly productive team capable of exceeding revenue expectations, operational and guest service standards. The SGSR will have a lead role in the absence of the General Manager and will have the authority and responsibility to operate the hotel per brand and Gulf Coast standards.
