We are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Operations Analyst (Fixed-Term) to support a procurement process overhaul and system cleanup initiative. This is a fixed-term role from May 5th - July 31st focused on special projects within our Accounting & Finance function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the internal point of contact and project manager for a third-party vendor engagement (Zip) to redesign and implement an overhauled procurement workflow
  • Partner with the Zip team to evaluate current-state processes, identify gaps, and drive implementation of a refreshed, scalable procurement process
  • Conduct a full audit and cleanup of existing procurement system data, including inactive vendors, expired contracts, and orphaned virtual cards
  • Identify and remediate data integrity issues across the procurement platform
  • Document new workflows, policies, and procedures as part of the reimplemented process
  • Support ad hoc accounting and finance special projects as needed

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in accounting, finance operations, or procurement
  • Experience with procurement or procure-to-pay platforms (Zip, Coupa, SAP, or similar)
  • Strong project management and organizational skills; comfortable managing external vendor relationships
  • High attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with data cleanup and system migrations a plus

We are committed to equal pay for equal work and believe in compensation transparency. All salary ranges are standardized nationwide and will not vary by region. This role offers a competitive total compensation package of $87,500 - 126,800. Compensation offered will be based on a combination of factors such as experience, competencies, and internal equity.
