GuideStone is seeking an Internal Wholesaler to join our investment sales team. Build and maintain consultative relationships with RIA and private wealth advisors
Develop and execute annual business plans to drive sales and growth
Conduct high-volume outreach via calls and e-marketing to generate leads
Qualify and follow up on advisor relationships to position GuideStone Funds
Document all activity in Salesforce and maintain accurate records
Collaborate with external sales consultants and marketing teams
Represent GuideStone with integrity at conferences and client meetings
Participate in occasional travel (up to 25%) for training and events
Contribute to marketing strategy and identify cross-sell opportunities
Engage in ongoing professional development and product knowledge
Active FINRA licenses (Series 6 or 7 [preferred], and 63 or 66)
Proven experience in financial services sales or advisory, preferably in inside sales roles
Strong alignment with evangelical Christian values and GuideStone's mission
Ability to build consultative relationships and communicate effectively with financial advisors
High initiative, self-motivation, and ability to work independently
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
Professional maturity and desire for long-term career development
Preferred: Experience at firms like Edward Jones or similar, with insight into their sales structure and advisor training programs
