Our team is the institutional healthcare team – our clients consist of institutional firms that are conducting research and making investments in the healthcare space. All requests we service are healthcare focused, whether they are on drugs, the pharma industry, insurance, etc. We currently are a team of 20 people – 4 managers that lead the team along with a mix of project managers, research managers, and research associates.
The Research Manager role is the position between the research associate and the project manager; therefore you will be exposed to the responsibilities of both roles. Your day to day will consist of custom recruiting, outreach to advisors, facilitating projects from start to finish, and client communication. You will be working closely with a handful of project managers on the team on their requests to understand the project workflow and client servicing aspect of the job before doing so independently.
This is a hybrid position (3 days in office) out of our NYC office.

The annual salary for this position is $72,000. Additionally, this position is eligible for commission.
