Manage and maintain inventory of contracts for GMS (Global Managed Services) and Key Terms: client and vendor contracts.
Communicate Key Terms to engagement teams to ensure we are compliant with the contracts.
Apply contract compliance checklist to new contracts and renewals.
Perform detailed reviews of contracts to ensure alignment with policies and regulatory standards, and communicate with engagement teams and Legal team.
Oversee adherence to contract templates and contract compliance checklist.
Coordinate with engagement teams and legal on the management of scope changes or changes to other contractual terms.
Prepare the annual review of tools and licensing costs; communicating with stakeholders to validate the need for the tools and applications.
Partner with Legal on the maintenance of Evisort or any future contract management tool.
Coordinated ongoing education of engagement teams on compliance with contract terms and document workflow to ensure all contracts are stored and available for reference.
Requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years of prior relevant experience in contract management (Relevant experience may be substituted for formal education or advanced degree).
Direct experience with contract management and administration including reviews, templates, changes, compliance and education.
Experience with detailed communication for interaction with other teams, and leaders.
Experience in healthcare, financial services or consulting.
Experience with Evisort or other contract management tools.
The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$133,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
