Guardian is seeking a Group Benefits Sales Executive who will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our largest brokers and consulting houses to drive ongoing sales and retention of groups primarily in the large market segment.
Success will be determined based on the ability to attain high levels of production through tenacious broker development and internal relationships. A Guardian Sales Executive should be the resource of choice for brokers and their clients. This role will report to the Market Leader within the assigned territory.

Salary Range: $75,000 The salary reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
