Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will lead the transformation of TA operations by optimizing systems, streamlining processes, and enabling scalable, tech-forward recruiting practices. Location: Hybrid role - 3 days in office, 2 days WFH. Location: Hudson Yards, NYC; Bethlehem, PA; Holmdel, NJ; Pittsfield, MA; Boston MA or Stamford, CT.
Salary Range: $129,500.00 - $212,750.00
The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
