Senior Product Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Engineer with expertise in Relationship-Based Pricing (RBP) and Zafin SaaS platform to drive pricing strategy, implementation, and optimization across banking products. The ideal candidate will bridge business and technology, enabling dynamic, customer-centric pricing models aligned with revenue and digital transformation goals.

Key Responsibilities

Pricing Strategy & Design

• Define and implement relationship-based pricing strategies aligned with bank revenue objectives.
• Design pricing frameworks considering customer relationships across products and channels.
• Enable differentiated pricing strategies for Retail, SME, and Corporate Banking segments.
• Develop pricing segmentation strategies based on customer profiles and behavior.
• Ensure alignment between pricing strategies and overall profitability goals.
• Support cross-sell initiatives and optimize relationship value through pricing models.
• Establish enterprise-wide pricing governance, standards, and policies.
• Collaborate with product teams to design dynamic and contextual pricing strategies.

Zafin SaaS Platform Implementation

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Zafin Relationship-Based Pricing (RBP) platform.
• Configure pricing rules, bundles, offers, and discount structures within Zafin.
• Translate business pricing models into configurable rules within the platform.
• Manage integration with core banking systems (e.g., Finacle) and other enterprise systems.
• Ensure seamless data flow between upstream and downstream systems.
• Enable and manage pricing APIs for real-time consumption by digital channels.
• Oversee pricing catalog management, lifecycle of rules, and release upgrades.
• Ensure platform scalability, performance, and high availability.

Product & Pricing Management

• Define and implement pricing structures for banking products (accounts, loans, payments, etc.).
• Configure fee waivers and benefits based on customer relationship tiers.
• Enable bundled pricing models across multiple banking products.
• Support product launches with accurate and timely pricing configurations.
• Monitor and analyze pricing performance to drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in Relationship-Based Pricing (RBP) within banking/financial services.
• Hands-on experience with Zafin SaaS platform implementation and configuration.
• Solid understanding of core banking systems (preferably Finacle).
• Experience in pricing strategy, product configuration, and revenue optimization.
• Knowledge of API integrations and enterprise system architecture.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a business-first mindset.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Tech, Business).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with digital transformation programs in banking.
• Exposure to retail, SME, and corporate banking domains.
• Familiarity with pricing governance frameworks and compliance standards.
