Oracle Fusion HCM Senior Software Engineer - Leading UAE Bank
Job Title
Postgraduate degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
7+ years of implementation experience as a Technical Expert in Oracle Fusion HCM
Customization of Oracle Fusion modules
Development of SaaS extensions using Oracle VBCS, PCS
Knowledge of Oracle HCM Modules (Core HR, Performance, Recruitment, Learning, Payroll)
Expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud tools (FBDI, ADFdi, Workflows, BI Publisher, etc.)
Experience with OIC, OCI APEX, and ATP
Understanding of REST services and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure
Integration of systems with Oracle Fusion using various patterns and OIC
Basic Shell scripting skills
Expertise in SQL, PLSQL, and Oracle frameworks
Proficiency in GitHub, CICD, and Automation Testing is a plus
Ability to influence teams on technical matters, enhancing productivity
Self-motivated, capable of working independently and collaboratively
Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with Senior and Executive management
