We're looking for an Email Marketing Specialist with a strong QA and operations mindset to support lifecycle campaigns across email, push, and in-app channels. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in structured environments, loves checklists, and takes pride in executing high-quality campaigns.
As an Email Marketing Specialist, you'll ensure campaigns are executed accurately, efficiently, and aligned with strategy.
Conduct end-to-end QA on email templates, flows, popups, and SMS campaigns Ensure consistency across branding, copy, targeting, and product alignment Validate all technical setups before launch (audience targeting, triggers, deliverability) Review campaigns across copy, code, and creative assets
Prepare and execute CRM campaigns (email, push, in-app, promotions) Schedule and deploy campaigns using ESP/CRM tools Monitor workflows and ensure campaigns align with strategy
Maintain campaign documentation: tickets, calendars, campaign overviews Update JIRA (or similar tools) and track campaign progress Join daily syncs to review workload and priorities Flag SLA risks, QA issues, and recurring errors to the team Identify gaps and continuously improve QA processes
Work closely with marketing, product, and creative teams Ensure alignment across stakeholders on timelines and deliverables
