We are looking for an Affiliate & Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our growth marketing team supporting a fast-growing lifestyle and consumer brand. This teammate will be at the heart of affiliate and influencer campaigns, helping to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales. You'll be responsible for sourcing and onboarding affiliates and creators, managing campaign logistics, tracking performance, and building strong relationships with partners to ensure impactful collaborations.

Note: Rate/Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position's job description and requirements based on the assessment results.

Key Responsibilities

• Affiliate & Influencer Relationship Management:
• Manage and nurture relationships with a portfolio of affiliate and influencer partners to support revenue growth and brand visibility.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen partnerships and optimize collaboration with high-performing creators and affiliates.
• Serve as a key point of contact for partners, ensuring clear communication and timely support.
• Partner Communication & Engagement:
• Develop and manage a recurring affiliate newsletter program to communicate promotions, product launches, and program updates.
• Maintain consistent communication with partners to drive engagement, alignment with campaigns, and program participation.
• Data Analysis & Reporting:
• Collect and consolidate performance data from affiliate and influencer marketing platforms.
• Analyze campaign and partner performance to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
• Prepare regular performance reports and share insights with internal stakeholders.
• Financial Tracking & Budget Reporting:
• Track affiliate and influencer marketing spend and maintain accurate records of actual spend across different categories.
• Provide reporting to the finance team on monthly spend, forecasts, and budget allocation.
• Business Reviews & Team Support:
• Support the marketing team in preparing monthly business reviews by compiling program performance data, insights, and recommendations.
• Contribute to strategic discussions on program growth and optimization.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with marketing, finance, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on campaign execution and reporting.
• Act as an integral member of the marketing team, contributing ideas and insights to improve program performance and partner engagement.

The Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, partnership marketing, or a related digital marketing role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actions.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple partners and projects simultaneously.
• Experience with affiliate platforms, influencer marketing tools, or analytics dashboards is a plus.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience creating partner communications such as newsletters or promotional updates.
• Familiarity with tracking performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS, and partner contribution.
• Ability to collaborate across teams including finance, marketing, and operations.
