Performance Marketing Specialist – Search

GrowthAssistant is hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist – Search to manage, optimize, and scale paid search campaigns for U.S.-based clients. This full-time, remote role is ideal for experienced Filipino digital marketers with strong expertise in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and search engine marketing strategies. You'll leverage data, analytics, and creative testing to improve campaign performance, drive conversions, and maximize ROI. This role is suited for someone analytical, detail-oriented, and strategic, capable of managing multiple accounts independently.

What You'll Do

• Launch, manage, and optimize Google and Bing Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, PMax, Video).
• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO/SEM best practices.
• Monitor performance metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPM, CPA, CVR) and report insights to clients.
• Build and maintain campaign dashboards and reports in Google Sheets/Excel.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to collect ad assets and copy.
• Execute A/B tests for ads, audiences, and creatives.
• Track budget pacing and optimize spend for maximum ROI.
• Conduct competitor research to inform campaign strategy.

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, PMax, Video).
• Experience managing Bing Ads campaigns.
• Proficiency in SEMRush, keyword research, and campaign optimization tools.
• Strong knowledge of paid search KPIs: ROAS, CTR, CPM, CPA, CVR, and Quality Score.
• Experience creating reports and dashboards in Google Sheets/Excel (pivot tables, formulas, graphs).
• Basic familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4 strongly preferred).
• Proven experience managing multiple clients or campaigns (agency experience preferred).
• Excellent English communication skills and comfort working with U.S.-based clients.
• Ability to work U.S. business hours (EST/PST).

Nice to Have

• Basic experience with Facebook Ads, Microsoft Ads, Instagram/TikTok Ads.
• Experience with landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Experience in ad copywriting and creative testing.
• Familiarity with attribution tools / MMPs (Appsflyer, Adjust) and GA4 attribution reporting.
• Exposure to competitive intelligence tools (SimilarWeb, SpyFu, Data.ai, SensorTower).
