Operations Assistant

We're looking for a proactive Operations Assistant to support our fast-moving Startups and Nonprofits Program. You'll handle operational and administrative tasks that keep our programs running efficiently — from managing tickets in Zendesk to reviewing startup applications and optimizing Airtable workflows. If you're detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and thrive in dynamic, cross-functional environments, this role is for you. You'll play a key part in ensuring smooth program operations, accurate partner management, and top-notch customer support.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and resolve daily Zendesk tickets related to billing and operations for startup and nonprofit programs.
  • Review and process new program applications using Airtable and Notion, verifying website legitimacy, email validity, and overall eligibility.
  • Maintain and enhance Airtable workflows, assisting with light automations and improving process efficiency.
  • Support partner management by troubleshooting marketplace issues (e.g., GetProven, BuiltFirst) and ensuring smooth offer claims.
  • Collaborate closely with CX, Billing, and Engineering teams for issue resolution, bug tracking, and process improvement.
  • Maintain documentation and update SOPs to streamline recurring tasks and scale operations effectively.

Must-Haves

  • Hands-on experience managing Zendesk tickets (customer or billing-related).
  • Proficiency with Airtable, Notion, and Google Sheets for workflow tracking and data organization.
  • Excellent attention to detail — comfortable reviewing websites, verifying emails, and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams through Slack, email, and video meetings (Google Meet).
  • Fast learner with initiative; able to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Availability to work PST hours.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience supporting startup ecosystems, accelerator programs, or nonprofit initiatives.
  • Exposure to GetProven or BuiltFirst marketplace environments.
  • Ability to build simple automations or advanced Airtable/Notion workflows.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Monthly Salary: starts at PHP 80,000
  • Attendance Bonus: $25 per month for perfect attendance
