Join our Global Marketing Operations Team! We're looking for a highly organized, analytical, and proactive Marketing Vendor & Reporting Analyst to support our marketing teams with vendor onboarding, PO creation, financial tracking, and documentation management. If you love optimizing processes, working with data, and keeping cross-functional teams aligned, this role is for you. In this role, you'll work across multiple marketing teams, vendors, and finance stakeholders to streamline vendor onboarding, ensure accurate purchase order creation, support invoice pre-approval, and monitor spend through Looker dashboards. You'll be the operational backbone that keeps marketing initiatives moving efficiently and compliantly.

Experience creating and running reports for marketing, operations, or finance teams.
Intermediate to expert Google Sheets/Excel skills (advanced formulas, multi-sheet logic, data cleaning).
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Comfortable using Google Workspace and Slack.
Ability to work Central European Time.
Experience with Asana or similar project management tools.
Familiarity with data visualization tools.
Background in PO or vendor management.
SQL knowledge (basic → advanced).
