Marketing Project Assistant

GrowthAssistant is looking for a Marketing Project Assistant to support day-to-day project and data operations. This role focuses on ensuring accurate reporting, managing stakeholder communications, and keeping projects on track. You'll play a key part in making sure the team has the data and insights needed to make informed decisions.

Salary: 75,000 - 85,000 PHP

What You'll Do:

Handle daily operations including reporting, project tracking, data entry, and stakeholder coordination.
Project manage initiatives that involve complex processes and multiple stakeholders.
Prepare weekly metric reports, ensuring data accuracy and presentable slides before sharing with stakeholders.
Provide ad hoc support for projects and operational needs.
Maintain data quality and ensure reports are actionable and error-free.

What We're Looking For:

Strong Excel skills and experience working with large data sets.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and navigate some ambiguity.
Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
Experience in stakeholder management and coordinating multiple tasks.
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Able to work PST hours.

Nice-to-Have:

Experience with data manipulation or advanced Excel functions.
