Lifecycle Marketer (Email, In-App & Push)

What You'll Be Doing
Campaign Build & Execution
Create and launch campaigns in Braze (or similar platforms) Build and edit emails using HTML/CSS and Liquid Set up assets, audience segmentation, and targeting logic Manage day-to-day lifecycle marketing campaign execution
QA & Testing Excellence
Perform end-to-end QA before launch (links, rendering, tracking, logic) Ensure cross-device and cross-browser compatibility Validate audience targeting, triggers, and campaign flows Ensure tracking accuracy and campaign readiness
Multi-Channel Lifecycle Support
Support push notifications, in-app messaging, and SMS campaigns Assist with ad hoc lifecycle marketing initiatives
Compliance & Accuracy
Ensure all campaigns meet compliance and disclosure requirements Maintain high standards for accuracy, branding, and user experience
Must-Have Qualifications
- Experience with Braze (preferred), Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Oracle, or similar ESPs
- Experience with ClickUp or similar project management tools
- Strong proficiency in HTML/CSS and Liquid (Shopify or Braze)
- Basic understanding of audience segmentation and targeting
- Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with push and in-app messaging campaigns
- Exposure to multi-channel lifecycle marketing strategies
