The Benefits
Must-Have: 2+ years in administrative support, customer success, operations, or executive assistant roles. Exceptional English communication skills — both written and verbal — with a professional, warm tone. High responsiveness and ability to manage multiple inbound requests across different channels. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; able to keep providers' schedules and tasks on track. Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools (EHRs, CRMs, internal ticketing systems). Comfortable asking clarifying questions and communicating openly with supervisors. Strong familiarity with multiple calendaring systems: Google, Apple as the primary systems. Reliable availability during US business hours (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST) and willingness to work weekend shifts if needed. Ability to tailor communication approaches / styles based on provider preferences. Comfortable working across multiple channels: phone, SMS, email, and live video calls. Proactive ownership mindset - looking to not only support systems and workflows but improve them with time and experience.
