You will manage day-to-day paid media operations while ensuring flawless tracking and lead flow.
Core Responsibilities • Launch and optimize campaigns on Google, Meta, and LinkedIn across multiple accounts • Update ad copy, targeting, and budgets based on briefs or performance • Perform daily performance checks; flag pacing or under-delivery issues • Ensure leads sync smoothly into HubSpot, Attio, or similar CRMs • Validate UTMs, pixels, and GTM tags; escalate data gaps immediately • Handle weekly exports and data cleanup in Google Sheets for reporting • Support lead quality checks, CPL tracking, and performance summaries • Collaborate with content, design, and automation teams to deliver assets on time • Document recurring workflows; help identify automation opportunities (hello AI!)
• 2+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager • Basic CRM experience (HubSpot preferred) • Google Tag Manager fundamentals + pixel tracking knowledge • Strong Google Sheets / Excel organization skills • Sharp attention to detail in budgets, attribution, and data validation • Excellent written communication for updates and documentation
• Campaign planning, budget allocation, and forecasting • Testing strategies and creative recommendations • Automated dashboards via Looker Studio • Funnel analytics and ROI insights • Scoping automation with AI engineers
• Experience supporting multiple brands or agencies • LinkedIn Ads, TikTok, or programmatic knowledge • Looker Studio reporting experience • Familiarity with education or lead-gen marketing • Background working with AI-powered workflows
