Email Marketing Specialist
We're looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to manage and execute high-volume email campaigns. You'll work hands-on in Klaviyo and Figma, ensuring every email looks great, is accurate, and reaches the right customers. This role is fast-paced and requires attention to detail, flexibility, and teamwork.

What You'll Do:
- Build, test, and launch email campaigns, including automated customer journeys.
- Maintain design consistency, correct grammar, and accurate product information.
- Run A/B tests and experiments to improve engagement and conversions.
- Manage the full email workflow from audience segmentation to deployment.
- Respond quickly to last-minute changes in inventory or creative assets.
- Use dynamic content and segmentation to personalize campaigns.
- Collaborate with other teams using Figma and Asana.
- Track campaign performance and share insights with the team.
- Support reporting and analytics as the role grows.
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of hands-on email marketing experience.
- Expert in Klaviyo; familiar with Figma or willing to learn.
- Strong attention to detail and quality assurance skills.
- Comfortable handling last-minute changes and fast-moving campaigns.
- Good communicator and team player.
- Able to work Eastern Time hours.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with SMS campaigns in Klaviyo.
- Basic reporting and analytics experience.
