AI Operations Assistant

GrowthAssistant is looking for a highly organized and resourceful AI Operations Assistant to join our team! In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting our supply partner operations—helping onboard, test, and scale partners while ensuring seamless communication and alignment on performance goals. You'll collaborate closely with internal teams to translate objectives into clear, actionable workflows, leveraging AI tools and simple automations to reduce manual work and improve efficiency.

Core Tasks:

• Assist with onboarding, testing, and scaling supply partners, including preparing meeting notes, trackers, and follow-ups.
• Support partner communications to ensure accurate setup and alignment on performance goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to translate goals into clear, actionable tasks and scalable processes.
• Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) for summarizing calls, drafting templates, and organizing documentation.
• Assist in setting up and maintaining simple automations (Zapier, Make, Google Workspace scripts) to reduce manual work.
• Maintain accurate documentation and workflows to improve transparency and accountability.

Must-haves:

• Strong written communication skills
• Experience in Google Suite, Slack, and HubSpot
• Experience with AI tools and automations
• High durable skills, resourceful, autonomous, proactive
• Understanding of Marketing and Paid Media KPIs

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience in AdTech or Media Buying
• BDR experience to reach out for new supply channels
