What You'll Be Doing
- Posting seasonal roles on our career site and college/university job boards
- Completing initial resume screening
- Contacting high schools in our communities to create awareness of agricultural careers – facilitating career days and working with guidance counselors
- Setting up and attending job fairs
- Participating in onboarding and orientation
This is a seasonal role lasting from mid-January to end of April.
What You Bring To The Table
- You are enrolled in a related post-secondary program
- You have outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- You are great at relationship building and problem-solving
- You are comfortable speaking to individuals and small groups
