Middle Network Engineer

• Architect, deploy, and maintain secure and scalable network infrastructure across multiple office and remote environments;
• Configure and support Fortinet FortiGate firewalls, including VPNs, policies, profiles, and HA clusters;
• Design and administer enterprise Wi-Fi environments using Aruba Central, including AP provisioning, SSID management, security enforcement, and client diagnostics;
• Manage core network infrastructure: VLANs, DHCP, static and dynamic routing, Layer 2/3 switching (primarily Cisco and Aruba);
• Maintain Windows Server environments, including file services, clustering, failover, and patching;
• Implement and maintain Zabbix for infrastructure monitoring, alerting, and reporting across servers, network appliances, and critical services;
• Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure infrastructure aligns with regulatory and internal security policies.

We need your professional experience:

• 3+ years of experience as a Network Engineer;
• Expert-level configuration of FortiGate firewalls (NAT, IPS/IDS, VPNs, web filtering, HA);
• Administration of Aruba enterprise Wi-Fi, including Aruba Central, AP deployment, and RF tuning;
• Strong knowledge of Cisco switches, VLAN design, ACLs, and inter-VLAN routing;
• Deep understanding of TCP/IP, QoS, DHCP, DNS, and routing protocols (OSPF, BGP a plus);
• Administration of Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022), including patching, DFS, clustering, and backup strategies;
• Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and management;
• Strong hands-on experience with Zabbix: template customization, alerting, discovery rules, SNMP, proxy configuration;
• Proven success in managing infrastructure for 1000+ endpoints and 1,000+ users.
