Build and maintain strong relationships with operator partners, providing excellent service and support across all products;
Monitor partner performance and ensure agreed commercial and marketing commitments are delivered;
Identify opportunities within the partner lifecycle (for example, new launches, declining performance, market trends) and take proactive action to drive growth;
Monitor market-level performance, understand emerging trends, and act accordingly;
Coordinate campaigns and promotions with partners, ensuring timely delivery, tracking results, and reporting effectively;
Act as the main contact between Growe and its partners, ensuring smooth communication and adherence to processes;
Work closely with CRM and other departments, maintaining a constant focus on delivering;
Represent Growe as a knowledgeable and strong ambassador in all partner interactions.
We need your professional experience:
2+ years of experience within the iGaming industry;
Proven ability to build strong relationships internally and externally;
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Hubspot, Jira, Confluence, and Tableau;
Strong communication and written English skills are essential (B2).
