Planning Governance And Operations, Senior Manager
We are currently looking for a Regional Planning Governance & Operations Senior Manager to join us. In this role, you will be responsible for operating as a key member of a Colgate APAC Media team, working closely with specialist units such as strategic planning, performance and digital team to develop integrated communication solutions for clients.
Scope of the role
- Lead the implementation of global media principles, including assisting and training markets to achieve compliance, manage exemptions, and provide clarifications.
- Lead and monitor monthly media investments across all markets via a tracking platform, including reporting and updating key stakeholders.
- Lead Quarterly Media Reviews with support of the team, including coordination of the agenda, providing and checking analysis, and making relevant recommendations for action plans.
- Lead quarterly reporting of assets' performance with creative tracking tool alongside the creative agency for regional stakeholders, including providing training for markets to upskill as part of regional capability enablement.
- Lead the adoption and introduction of proprietary planning tools across all markets teams.
- Assist the Media Hub Lead in the preparation of the APAC Quarterly Business Review, and follow up on action plans.
- Support the APAC Media Hub Lead with Media Audits and subsequently transfer learnings and action plans.
- Support calls with Global/Markets for status updates and alignments.
- Develop, manage, and communicate APAC training initiatives and a calendar for capability building across client and local teams using all tools.
- Drive internal team initiatives such as overall status updates and process improvements, including ways of working.
- Support and Training for the agency scope exercise via the agency management platform and KPIs for the APAC team and 11 APAC markets on.

In this role, your goals will be:
In three months:
- Immediately immerse in the accounts/brands, getting to know the clients, business partners, and internal working teams.
- Learn and apply Wavemaker's proprietary planning and reporting tools, such as Media Golden Rules, Media Tools, Connect+, and Creative X, to derive insights, deliver sound media recommendations, and set appropriate measurement metrics.
- Lead Quarterly Media Reviews.
- Exhibit good time management skills and consistently follow through on processes and delivery timelines.
- Develop strong bonds and working relationships with the team, and effectively coach and groom direct report(s).
- Demonstrate strong collaboration with various stakeholders.
In six months:
- Established strong team and client relationship, and to be the first port of call by client and markets.
- Identify bottlenecks and propose effective solutions.
- Support Quarterly Business Review
In 12 months:
- Build trusted advisor relationship as regional client.
- Conduct annual business review for growth planning and process
- Achieve positive assessment from clients
- Track and support agency scope exercise and KPIs for APAC team and 11 APAC market
Skills and Experience:
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task multiple priorities in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
- Agility to adapt to evolving business needs.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, as you will be working with stakeholders including clients and internal cross-functional teams at local, regional, and global levels. An eagerness to build good rapport and cultivate "trusted advisor" relationships, which is key to success.
- Strong numerical skills are essential, as the role involves audits, investment reporting, and validation to ensure credibility.

- You must be highly motivated to drive success not only for the team but for the agency as well. - 5 + years of planning experience in Integrated Media.
- Media agency experience required.
