What will your job look like?

As an Account Executive, you will be the driving force behind our advertising campaigns. Your tasks will include building and maintaining relationships with key clients and media planners, comprehensively managing projects from start to finish, and ensuring precision in budgets and billing.

Daily, you will:

  • comprehensively implement and oversee advertising campaigns within Mspark products, including in CEE markets (English required at least at B2 level)
  • maintain constant, collaborative contact with internal clients (media planning teams in advertising agencies)
  • proactively offer, search for sales opportunities, and propose innovative solutions to planning teams
  • prepare and conduct engaging sales presentations (both one-to-one and for larger groups)
  • meticulously manage campaign billing, ensuring proper document flow, timely invoicing, and data accuracy
  • collaborate with our partners' implementation departments to ensure the highest quality of delivered services
  • monitor campaign results and, based on them, prepare summaries and recommendations for the future (including case studies)

What will help you get started?

  • experience working in a media agency, advertising office, or B2B sales department (marketing industry)
  • excellent proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint – ability to create aesthetic and logical presentations, and Excel – expertise in tables and formulas)
  • ability to build business relationships and natural ease in communication
  • high meticulousness and organization – ability to combine creative tasks with hard billing
  • independence and proactivity in action
  • communicative English proficiency (B2)

Desirable: knowledge of the media ecosystem and specifics of working in media houses
