Job Description and Responsibilities:
Who are you?
We are looking for a person who is structured and precise, a person of order with great drive. You must have a good eye for detail, but also see the big picture and be able to prioritize the right and most important tasks first. Experience in leading projects or from similar roles will be an advantage.
Your responsibilities:
- Administrative end-to-end responsibility for planning, execution, and follow-up of media campaigns.
- Coordinate with Specialists, Media Managers, and account managers to ensure that campaigns meet customer goals and KPIs.
- Monitor campaign flow and ensure that all deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Monitor and manage the customer's campaign budget.
- Contribute actively to ensuring customer profitability.
- Ensure correct billing and alignment of campaign budgets.
- Arrange for reporting of financial results and campaign effects.
Your qualifications:
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple clients and projects simultaneously, with a structured, detail-oriented, and accurate approach.
- Strong numerical understanding and preferably experience with financial reporting and budget monitoring.
- Good insight into various media channels (both online and offline) and their operational requirements.
- Relevant experience from a media agency or similar role, with a clear focus on operational campaign management and financial management, is an advantage.
- Preferably experience with the use of relevant administrative tools for project and financial management – for example Excel, Wrike, and Marathon.
