Media Futures Group (MFG) is the dedicated team for Google within EssenceMediacom, which adopts a strategic, creative, and integrated approach to media, in order to influence business results. The MFG team operates fully integrated with strategy, planning, investment, relying on data analysis and technology. The members of the MFG team are particularly curious, collaborative, and constantly in search of excellence.

Introduction and Context of the Position:

We are looking for an Account Manager Planning on a fixed-term contract for a duration of 6 months. This key position aims to replace a maternity leave within our dedicated team for the Google client.

Main Missions:

  • You join the Planning team, in charge of 360 media planning (Online AND Offline) for Google on branding objectives.
  • You intervene from the recommendation of levers following the client brief to the end-of-campaign balance.
  • You implement the processes and feed the media platform with the key information of the campaigns to follow the budget investments.
  • You exchange daily with your MFG counterparts based in London.
  • The different stages are coordinated with all other disciplines (strategy, different expertise & buyers, analytics…).

Profile Sought:

  • Higher education degree with a specialization in Marketing/Communication, you have at least 3 to 4 years of experience in a media agency.
  • Your English is fluent (written and spoken).
  • You are analytical, you like numbers and you want to understand the data to place it at the heart of media reflections.
  • You have a good knowledge of online and offline media channels in their orchestration and execution.
  • You have good writing and presentation skills; and you are agile, curious, and autonomous.
  • You have excellent organizational skills, a particular attention to detail, and a good understanding of invoicing issues.
  • Experience with international hubs would be a plus.

Recruitment process:

  • Interview with the recruitment team: A first telephone or video conference interview with the Talent team. This will allow us to better understand your skills and experience, and give you the opportunity to ask questions about the position and the company.
  • Operational interviews: A meeting with your future managers. At least one physical interview is mandatory.
  • Case study: Completion of a Business Case to assess your analytical capacity, rigor, problem-solving skills, and mastery of tools.
