Account Manager - (F/H) - CDI

In a role with the Consulting team for one of our key clients in the FMCG sector, you will play a key role both in the French market and internationally in the Benelux region.

On the local market in France:

  • Contribute to the development of media strategies in line with client objectives.
  • Ensure operational excellence in campaign management (media offline, digital, and partnerships).
  • Define expectations and write briefs to experts.
  • Supervise their work ensuring respect for deadlines and budgets.
  • Challenge their proposals and consolidate them.
  • Manage the timings of budget engagement, and follow up on invoicing/POs.
  • Verify the correct execution of campaigns, trafficking, and online deployment.
  • Supervise performance reporting with experts, and follow up on proposed optimizations.
  • Lead weekly follow-up meetings with the client.
  • Coordinate the progress of cross-functional projects (e.g., Reporting, Data, Measurement, etc.).

On the Benelux:

  • Main point of contact between the client and local WM teams (Belgium and Netherlands).
  • Coordinate the work of local WM teams, ensuring homogeneous execution quality across different markets.
  • Control the conformity of media strategies and deliverables with international guidelines.
  • Share best practices and key insights FR/BE/NL to nourish teams and elevate the quality of recommendations.
  • Collaborate closely with local teams and establish clear and efficient working processes.

Experience, skills, and qualities required:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a media agency, ideally on local centralized or international accounts.
  • Very good level of English, both spoken and written.
  • Good knowledge of digital processes.
  • Rigor.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and respect deadlines.
  • Ability to work in an agile team.
  • Sense of initiative.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Excellent level on Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
