Missions:

Context:

To support the growth of our clients and strengthen our team, we are looking for a new talent who will be the key daily contact, responsible for building a trusting relationship and strategically driving campaigns. This role involves close collaboration with clients, punctuated by weekly videoconferences and regular in-person meetings to ensure perfect alignment and optimal results.

Your Missions:

  • Pilot the operational deployment of media campaigns by coordinating internal experts to ensure flawless execution, from the brief to the delivery of performance reports.
  • Ensure the perfect management of the media calendar, by rigorously updating it and communicating it smoothly to all stakeholders.
  • Supervise the financial follow-up of campaigns, from billing management to precise reconciliation with client purchase orders.
  • Facilitate weekly follow-up meetings with clients by preparing clear and actionable documents (worklists) to ensure constant alignment.
  • Contribute actively to the development of annual media strategies by producing competitive analyses and insights on targets (via WPP OMA) to feed the discussion.

Profile Sought:

Your Experience:

  • You have a first experience of two years in a media agency with exposure to media buying, which has allowed you to understand the dynamics of campaign management.

Your Technical Skills:

  • You master the digital and offline ecosystem.
  • Tools like Excel, PowerPoint, Mediatools, and Medialand are part of your daily routine.
  • You communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken, in an international context.

Your Human Qualities to Succeed:

  • Dote of an excellent relationship management, you easily create links with your clients and your teams.
  • Your analytical mind and ease with numbers allow you to transform data into relevant insights.
  • Agile and versatile, you juggle with ease between leading clients in various sectors (such as insurance, consumer goods, and pet food) and their specific problems.
  • Creative and curious, you are passionate about innovation and AI, and you constantly seek to bring new ideas.
