Reporting to the Head of Operational Marketing, you will actively contribute to the deployment of the marketing and communication strategy in retail outlets, at the European level.
Your main duties will include:
Marketing Operations & Retail Animation
· Participate in the design, coordination, and deployment of commercial operations and retail highlights for all markets (PLV, display windows…)
· Contribute to the development of window display scenarios and interior staging
· Manage external suppliers (printers, logistics…) and internal services (merchandising, commercial, management, purchasing, construction…) to ensure the successful execution of projects, in compliance with deadlines, budgets, and quality standards
· Contribute to the analysis of commercial operations to derive key insights and identify areas for improvement
· Conduct regular competitive intelligence (retail concepts, public speaking, market trends, marketing and merchandising materials…)
· Identify new suppliers and participate in the implementation of tender processes
Coordination Of Retail Network
· Ensure the transmission of commercial strategies to the retail network through the writing of clear and detailed marketing guidelines
· Monitor the operational requests of the field teams on a daily basis in close collaboration with our distribution warehouse
· Manage the openings/closures of retail outlets and operational follow-up (logistics, PLV, consumables…)
· Update and follow the files tracking the configurations of boutiques
· Analyze and manage the stocks of marketing consumables
Profile:
Student in a Bac +5 program in business school or a university course specializing in marketing, you have a genuine interest in retail and operational marketing, as well as significant first-hand experience in this field (internship or apprenticeship). You are proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Organized, rigorous, and autonomous, you demonstrate creativity, reliability, and proactivity in managing your assignments. You have a good ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, while maintaining a high level of exigence. Your excellent interpersonal skills and responsiveness allow you to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
Your desire to place the customer at the center of the strategy and your interest in the fashion industry will be essential assets to actively contribute to the team's projects and be a force of proposal on a daily basis.
