Marketing Coordinator Role

Within the Marketing Department and reporting to the Undiz Marketing Coordinator, your role will focus on implementing marketing actions tailored to the brand's strategy and defined by the commercial activities schedule to optimize sales.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Creating merchandising: sending briefs
• Producing merchandising based on store concepts
• Tracking the delivery of merchandising from the supplier to the warehouse and from the warehouse to the stores
• Addressing the merchandising needs of the sales points
• Connecting marketing information with the sales points
• Organizing and facilitating monthly exchanges with marketing representatives of the sales points
• Preparing store openings and renovations
• Programming in-store videos
• Monitoring the implementation of the marketing plan on sales points
• Analyzing strategic commercial and communication operations
• Conducting benchmarking
• Implementing animations in our sales points

Street Marketing & Management of Relationships with Shopping Centers

• Supporting street marketing operations to animate the network of France, Belgium, and Switzerland stores
• Managing the relationship between the brand and shopping centers
• Supervising the implementation of local activations and in-store events in France, Belgium, and Switzerland
• Creating and implementing DRIVE TO STORE operations

Profile

You want to join an innovative group, a leader in lingerie in France.

You have a higher education degree of level Bac+3, such as a business school or equivalent university degree, and you are looking for a professional internship within a young and dynamic brand. You are versatile, rigorous, dynamic, and have excellent interpersonal skills and a creative spirit.

You have a good command of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, and a basic level of English.

Internship available from January 2026 for 6 months.
