Your responsibilities:

• Ensure sound and effective management of store operations using various indicators.
• Supervise teams from different departments and ensure smooth communication.
• Motivate and guide your teams to ensure good performance from each member and a pleasant daily environment.
• Ensure all employees are well integrated, equipped, and trained to perform their tasks efficiently.
• Welcome customers warmly and offer them quality service, leveraging the knowledge and expertise of your teams as needed.
• Ensure strict adherence to health and safety at work (HSW) standards and procedures.
• Act as the main ambassador for your store's customer service quality.
