Automotive Service Advisor

Responsibilities

1. Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure smooth customer experience
2. Create transparent repair orders with accurate cost and time estimates
3. Communicate with technicians and parts team to guarantee timely service completion
4. Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their vehicle
5. Maintain strong product knowledge to assist with service needs and warranty information

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of Service Advisor experience with ability to be productive immediately
• Strong understanding of dealership processes and full write-up-to-delivery workflow
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced service drive
• Confident presenting maintenance and repair recommendations to clients
• Strong communication skills with a focus on delivering high CSI
• Highly organized with ability to manage WIP and follow-ups effectively
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Must pass background check, MVR, and drug screening
