Responsibilities:

• Greet customers.
• Communicate with customers and translate technician findings to customers.
• Answer phone calls and e-mails.
• Provide excellent customer service.

You need:

• Customer Service Experience at least 1 year in Customer Service.
• To be able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Capable of standing and walking for extended periods of time.
• Capable of greeting customers with smiles.
• Basic Computer Knowledge.
• Good phone and e-mail skills.
