Denver Ascending Service Manager

The Denver Ascending Service Manager will assist the Service Manager in developing strategies to improve sales, effectively handle customer complaints, and assist with managing Service Techs. The Ascending Service Managers should be able to achieve excellent customer service at all times.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead effective weekly trainings
  • Evaluate field performance and deliver feedback in a 1:1 setting
  • Create and implement effective development and disciplinary plans
  • Learn all aspects of the Service Managers Day to day responsibilities
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Monitors the departmental voicemail box and sets appointments directly into the SVM's calendar
  • Tier 1 escalations (to be discussed)
  • Attends 6 ride-alongs per week
  • Delegates one team member per week to take an ½ admin day to assist with van gate checks and equipment inventory
  • Monitors the unscheduled jobs reports and all jobs needing engineering to ensure they are moving, daily
  • Unsold appointment approvals for half the department
  • Appointment scheduling – inhouse lead on working with Scheduling Captains
  • Review of top tier of production assistance spreadsheet and running through production design plans. Escalates projects up to SVM once they are no longer something that production can address
  • Works with the Service manager and weekly vans delegate to ensure safety parameters are met/exceeded
  • 1 appointment per day
  • Tactical / Day to Day Management as developed with the Service Manager

Qualifications

  • Successfully proven KPIs as a Certified Field Inspector or Service Technician
  • Proficiency in Excel and other data management tools
  • Proven experience in Service and/or customer service
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong management and leadership skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills

Physical Requirements

  • Seeing, Talking, Hearing, Standing/Walking, Grasping/Feeling/Fingering, Climbing, Stooping/Kneeling, Visual Acuity to determine neatness and preparing and analyzing data, extensive reading. Must be able to access crawl spaces/basements and confined residential spaces
